I also used the audit as an opportunity to pitch an abbreviated version of the Inc. logo mark as a way to let our original photography and illustration shine without our branding getting in the way.



While at Inc. I have worked closely with our Social Media Director to continuously update and create new Instagram templates. Most recently I led a complete overhaul of our existing Instagram templates spurred by the platform's recent switch to a 4:5 dimension as its primary post style. We took this as an opportunity to truly reevaluate how we used Instagram as a medium, shifting from seeing it as a way to drive site traffic and instead treating it as its own independent medium where we can share Inc.'s journalism in a more condensed format. This shift in strategy directly translated to a shift in how we approached our designs.
